This we do through our Green Table Menu which is a three course menu that we change seasonally four times a year and is available for Group Reservations at Kitchen & Table all over the Nordics. Our menu is created together with EAT.Our vision is to offer a product that helps our guests to make SMART and SUSTAINABLE choices. Our main goal is to reduce our guests consumption of red meat and increase our servings of plant based food. By offering a greener menu with minimum environmental footprint.
