It’s been almost 50 years since the first flight from Helsinki Airport landed in New York. Intercontinental encounters and exchanges have taken place ever since – and this is one the most interesting ones. Traditional Finnish ingredients are mixed with the versatile cuisine of Manhattan to create incredible flavour combinations.
