So, what’s the best thing about Gotland? Well, that’s a pretty impossible question to answer. Is it the culture and the medieval city of Visby, a World Heritage Site with more restaurants per capita than anywhere else in Sweden? Or is it the beautiful natural surroundings and food celebrities including truffles, asparagus and ramsons? It’s probably the unique combination of all the above. And now we would like to throw a good pinch of Manhattan into the mix too!
